📦 Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At AIRMAVA™, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you can submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


📌 Important Return Conditions

Always contact us first at contact@Airmava.com before returning an item.

You will be asked to:

  • Provide your order details

  • Attach photos and/or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

✅ Returns are only accepted if we have confirmed that the item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
🚫 If the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, returns will not be accepted.

General requirements for a valid return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns cannot be sent directly to the manufacturer


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Intimate or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Discounted or sale items


💰 Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow for normal processing times by your bank or credit card company.

⚠️ Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.


🔄 Exchanges

Products can only be exchanged if they were received damaged or defective, and this has been confirmed by us.
Please email us at contact@Airmava.com with supporting photos/videos.

🚚 Return method: Please use your local postal service.
No return label will be provided by us, since all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
